Durham Parks Project – Durham, NC
Covering over 68 acres across five parks built on pre-regulatory landfills, BCSC delivered comprehensive surveying and mapping for the City of Durham. Work included retracing park boundaries, feature and structure mapping, and drafting plats in accordance with GS 47-30 standards for environmental compliance.

Fayetteville Sidewalk Project – Fayetteville, NC
BCSC performed detailed surveying along a 2.5-mile corridor on Skibo Road to support a sidewalk enhancement project. Our team used GPS, drones, and robotic total stations to document above-ground infrastructure and developed 6 easement exhibits post-design phase.

Sunset Lake Road Project – Holly Springs, NC
For this roadway widening initiative, BCSC surveyed 15 properties along Sunset Lake Rd and conducted utility locating with SUE Level B and A services. We also delivered recording-ready plats compliant with GS 47-30 standards.

UNC South Columbia Street SUE Project – Chapel Hill, NC
BCSC conducted utility surveys for road widening along South Columbia Street on UNC’s campus. The team identified 11 utility conflict points and provided excavation and test hole verification using vacuum methods, GPR, and GPS.

UVI FIFA Soccer Facility Project – St. Croix, USVI
BCSC Dospiva supported the University of the Virgin Islands with survey and design services for a FIFA-certified soccer facility. Scope included topo and boundary surveys, SWPPP development, and construction oversight on the St. Croix campus.
